Good

The hotel is very easy to find and is located close to public transport, the traditional market and other restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they also have umbrellas for guests to use (I was there when a typhoon came through and it was really helpful to have access to an umbrella when it was okay to go outside). Ended spending a lot more time in the room because of rainy weather, so it was quite nice that it was spacious and the bed is large. It’s also great that the rooms have a huge TV, got to binge Netflix while waiting out the storm. Also the staff are great and when I had a small problem and let them know, they were very quick to resolve it.

I felt that my bathroom could use a good deep clean, just to get rid of the extra soap residue that often builds up on the tiles.

The accommodation in nicely positioned in central Jinhae. The staff were absolutely wonderful. My room had an ironing/disinfecting chamber machine I had never used before. All amenities were provided. There was a huge bath and the room was enormous. Great value.

The owner was superb nice! Help us to carry luggage up to our room, explain to us how to use the facilities. Recommends us where to go, what to eat. During checkout, he help us to locate Bustop, check the timing, accompanied us to bustop. He still came back to check on us make sure we r safe and sound…we had a wonderful stay

A friendly welcome in a historic town

The immediate surroundings of the hotel are unprepossessing, but completely safe, and it is very close to the market and also to the historic centre of Jinhae (a Japanese planned town which was our reason for visiting the city). Similarly, the hotel has some of the features of a "love hotel", including the discreet reception area and free condoms with your room key, but in fact it is a very clean, recently modernised and well-equipped tourist/business hotel; it's clear that some investment has been made in the upgrade. As an older couple we felt completely comfortable there. We were met by the manager who showed us all the bells and whistles on the electrical equipment and then, when asked, not only recommended but walked us to a very nice little restaurant which we would never have spotted on our own.

As in many Korean hotels, the windows are blacked out (in this case, mirrored), so it's impossible to get daylight without opening them. This is a challenge in weather which is either hot (as in our case) or cold.

The room was beautiful. The bed had a heated mattress topper, hot tub in bathroom, and a massage chair for relaxation. The nice gentleman in the lobby went out of his way to show me to my room and show me how all the rooms amenities worked and was even kind enough to offer a tour around South Korea when I was checking out for the day.
